The rezone allowed <br /> � commercial development oi: the site consistent with the contract rer.one <br /> and the 19 conditio¢s that were imposed thereon. On Sanuary 20, 1982, <br /> ' �"� • an amendment to the contract rezone ras app=oved and nev conditions wexe <br /> � imposed. A second amenduent cras approved oa June 23, 1986.
