The £ollowing <br /> violations of the Sire prevention code of the City of r',verett were <br /> found. <br /> '�1 The unprotected stairway leading from the basenent to the rain floor <br /> must have a Sire door installed on it of at least onehour fire <br /> resistive construction, and equipped witn an automatic closure. <br /> //2. Phe extension cords that are looped over pipes and condpit� <br /> the wiring stanldd and nailed to the rralls,in the basement <br /> and also in the spray hooth must be replaced 4r th apnroved <br /> wiring. <br /> r�3. A proper store room ior waste oil must be made away from <br /> sources o£ heat,and aented tothe outside. <br /> �}!t. The ceiling in the furnace room tr,ust be repaired. <br /> �5. The k�rosene space heater cannot be used in the repair shop, <br /> PIo heating equipment t�rith an open flame is permitted. <br /> //6. Afire door must be inatalled in the dooraay between Everett <br /> Datsun, Ince., ar.d the SaSeiy Service Tire C^. This door <br /> sha11 have equal fire resistance rating as the uall and <br /> equipped with a self closure. <br /> /f7.
