On the 2nd floor we would have 2 offices and do <br /> H y our sorting/pricing of donations. Outside we would use a 7' x 20' dumpster <br /> gy for trash and a fenced off area fur recycling. <br /> H <br /> c e�n <br /> � �t. In addition we plan to pave the west alley from the south east corner of <br /> x y y the property, going north, too 47th street. Install one pedestal electric <br /> H Ofn sign and provide 30 on-site parking stalls as previously me�tioned. <br /> We conducted a car count survcy of our stores at 6500 Evergreen Way and <br /> 6430 Broadway. As iC is our intention to combine the functions at both <br /> these locations at the new cite. We counted all cars of employees, <br /> (� volunteers, �customers and people requesting assistance at both our <br /> k�� Broadway and Evergreen Way locations over a two week period starting <br /> � � on Saturday March 7, 1992 through Friday March 20, 1992. Counting cars <br /> ' '�! every 2 hours from 10:00am through 6:OOpm as these are the peak hours of <br /> � our activity. <br /> I !�.� <br /> I �� This survey (attached) shows that our peak parking stall requirements <br /> occur Monday through Friday from 12:OOpm through 2:OOpm. With an average <br /> �� of 15.6 parking stalls occupied. The most recorded was on Wednesday � <br /> � � March 18th with 25 parking stalls occupied. <br /> Our data clearly indicates that by providing 30 parking stalls at this , <br /> .� � , new cite locat3on the Society of St. Vincent de Paul will amply provide <br /> .r�.� parking availability for the citizens of our city whom wish to use our <br /> services. <br /> f��`� <br /> 'w` <br /> _'� <br /> . � <br /> � <br />
