Prepare a post-construction letter-of-compliance summarizing our field observations, <br /> inspections, and test resulls <br /> 6.0 REPORT LIMITATIONS <br /> This report has been prepared for the exclusive use of JP Morgan Chase fr�r the specific <br /> application to the proposed b�nk to be located at the NE Corner of Evergreen Way and 49'h <br /> Street, Everett, Washington. The recommendations submitted in this report are based on the <br /> subsurface information obtained by PSI and design details furnished by representatives to us. <br /> After plans and specifications are more complete, PSI shouid be retaine� and provided the <br /> opportunity to review the final design plans and specifications to verify that our engineering <br /> recommendations have been properiy incorporated into the design documents. <br /> P51 warrants that the findings, recommendations, specifications, or professional advice <br /> contained herein have been provided in accordance with generaily accepted professional <br /> geotechnical engineering practices in the local area. No other warranties are implied or <br /> expressed. <br /> Our scope of services did not include an assessment for determining the presence or absence <br /> of wetiands or hazardous or toxic materials in the soil, bedrock, surface water, groundwater, or <br /> air on or below, or around this site. Any statements in this report or on the boring log regarding <br /> odors, colors, and unusual or suspicious items or conditions are stricily for informational <br /> purposes. <br /> PSI did not provide any service to investigate or detect the presence of moisture, mold or other <br /> biological contaminants in or around any structure, or any service that was designed or intended <br /> to prevent or lower the risk of the occurrencz of the amplification of the mold. Client <br /> acknowledges that mo�d is ubiquitous to the environment with mold ampiification occurring when <br /> building materials are impacted by moisture.
