As we discussed, the current
Gty signage standards only allow for max. 18" tali letters, Sronze retums, and
Red Piepglas faces. The cument development oHmbr(Pan Pacific) allows thA
tenants a max. 24"tall channel letters with retums and Plepglas oolars approveo
by their architsct. The tenant that is moving in the new space warns 24"tall
letters, red faces and biack retum, with black trim cap. We are requesting your
approval in a modification M the current Claremont Village Standards bo allow
this change. There are multlple edsting business signs that have be instailed at
the center since the ClaremontIlage Standards were established (5-22-92)
that do not comply to the code. Some examples of business that do not conform
are, Uncle AI's Bargain Books, Thai Casrade, Godfathers Piaa, Wild Birds
Unlimited. These are just a few of the one's I know of. Some of these sign have
the returns painted black, some have letter sizes that are larger, and some have
face colnrs other then red. On behalf of my customer, I am requesUng the
modification in his sign, per the above mentioned secifications be approved. tf
you have any question, piease give me a call.
Thank you for your consideration and help in this matter.
Sincerely,
^ .XLG
Michael Strope
PO Bo:8106 l.acey,Wa 98509 • Phone(3601936070 • Frz(36p)I59.3612
