Paul Christensen, r6presenting <br /> Trailer Mix Cona�ete Co. of Yancouver, Ylashington, the Camnisston <br /> � AGREED: To insiruct staff 'ro look into tho matter of permitting certain typas of <br /> concrete mixing and retailing in B-7J1 business districts. <br /> Therefore, staff reports the folfowing f(ndings: <br /> I) Ths proposed operation would consist of a concrete mixing plant. apprwcimataly <br /> 8° x 22' in area and 16' high at the highest part. The capacity of the mixing <br /> drum Hould be I/2 cubic yard, xith an hourly output of 4 batches. A11 bulk <br /> matorial, such as sand and gravel� is onclosed In storage hoppers with a <br /> storage capacity ot 19 cubic yards. AII conveyors and buckot Iines aro also <br /> enclosed.
