Submit menu. <br /> 2. An additional handwash sink is required by the dough sheeter and dough prep table. If the sink is <br /> clo�er than 16 inches to the food prep area, then a vertical partition of at least 16 inches in height is <br /> required between the sink and food prep area. <br /> 3. All food service equipment must be listed by the National Sanitation Foundation(NSF) for its intended <br /> use. <br /> 4. Storage refrigerators must be listed for the storage of potentially hazazdous foods. <br /> A preoperational inspection is required prior to opening for business. At the time of inspection the <br /> construction of the food service establishment must be complete and all equipment must be m place. <br /> Incomplete consuvction may result in a �60.00 reinspection fee. Please contact t6e Food Program <br /> ofCce at least one week in advance to schedu►e an appointment.
