We will immediateiy install fire sprinklers in the Godfathers Pizza <br /> (Spaces 1&2), vacant Space 3, the karaoke store in Space 4, and the vacant Space S. The <br /> spr(nkler riser will be sfzed to also serve the Haircrafters Space 6, and the Display and Costume <br /> store Suite 7,8,9 & 10. The sprinklers will be instalied in these latter Spaces 6 -10 within <br /> eighteen months of the opening of Olson's. <br /> � <br /> The sprinklers will be installed and operadonal in c;odfathers before they open, and in Spaces 3- <br /> 5 prior to January 1, 19g5, or the opening of Olson's, whichever is the earlier. <br /> Olson's and the shops south of Olson's, Spaces 14 •19, will be served by a single fire service Itne <br /> from SQth Street. Two risers will be installed in Olson's, one serving only Olson's and the other <br /> serving only the south shops. <br /> '-> We will install sprinklers in the Spaces 14, 15, & 16, simultaneously with the installation of the <br /> sprinklers in Spaces 1- S. These will be made operational when the sprinkler rfser is available in <br /> Olson's orJanuary 1, 19g5, which ever is the later. <br /> Sprinklers wi11 be installed and made operational in Spaces 17 & 18 within six months of the <br /> opening of Oison's. The sprinklers will be installed and made operational in Space 19 within <br /> eighteen months of the opening of Olson's. <br /> Brad, thank you for your consideration of our requests regarding this matter.
