SIGNAGE. All sigiage shall be approved Uy the City of Everett, WA and the <br /> Landlord prior to fabrication, and shall be at the sole cost of the Te�ant. The signs shall be <br /> fabricated as per the sign criteria for the Center, as provided ro the Tenant. The Tenant shall be <br /> required to instail signage as per the sign criteria which shall consist of individual channel lumen <br /> letters on the fascia of the space as soon as possible after space is tumed over to the Tenant. <br /> Landlord also reserves the right to restrict the usage of temporary and/or permanent window <br /> signs and advertisements, and to require their removal, in the event that Landlord determines that <br /> the signs or advertisements are offensive, inappropriate or inconsistent with usage of the <br /> shopping center by other tenants or customers, in the sole jud�nent of Landlord. <br /> 21. MISCELLANEOUS. <br /> 21.1 Waivers. No �vaiver by Landlord oC an}' provision ef this lease shall be <br /> deemed to be a waiver of any other provision hereof or of any subsequeni breach by Tenant of <br /> the same or any other provision. All notices under this Lease shall be in writing and delivered in <br /> person or deposited in the United States mail, certified and postage prepaid and addressed to thc <br /> address of Tenant or Landlord shown below or at such other address as may be designated by <br /> either parcy in writing, or to Tcnant at the Premises. <br /> 22.3 Interest on Past Due Obliaations.
