The kitchen ceiling and the ssrvice area ceiling must be smooth, nonabsorbent and easily <br /> cleanable. <br /> 4. The Health District operatfng permit application process must be completed prior to opening <br /> for business. <br /> If there are any signiticant changes or additions to your layout or eguipment, the Snahomish <br /> Health District must be notified. <br /> A pre-operational inspection is required prior to opening for business. Please contact the Food <br /> Program office about one week in advance to schedule an appointment. This will insure <br /> compliance with the Rules and Reguiations of the State Board of Health for Food Service <br /> Sanitation (WAC 246-215). <br /> Please contact me if you have any questions.
