With the addition of the <br /> following, the plans are approved. <br /> 1 . All food serv(ce equipment must be listed by ths Natfonal Sanitation Foundation (N.S.F.) or <br /> equal. <br /> 2. Extra wall protecti�n is required behind all work counters and sinks. A backsplash 16 <br /> inches h(gh of plastic laminate, fiberglass reinforced plastic or equal will be acceptable. <br /> 3. The kitchen ceiling and the ssrvice area ceiling must be smooth, nonabsorbent and easily <br /> cleanable. <br /> 4. The Health District operatfng permit application process must be completed prior to opening <br /> for business. <br /> If there are any signiticant changes or additions to your layout or eguipment, the Snahomish <br /> Health District must be notified. <br /> A pre-operational inspection is required prior to opening for business. Please contact the Food <br /> Program office about one week in advance to schedule an appointment. This will insure <br /> compliance with the Rules and Reguiations of the State Board of Health for Food Service <br /> Sanitation (WAC 246-215). <br /> Please contact me if you have any questions.
