If you wish to recommence <br /> work you may renew your permi.t at no cost for an additional 1Et0 day perio3 <br /> by submitting a written request to this office. The renewal request must <br /> reach us by April 30 1989. Any corrections required must be completed and <br /> final approval obtained before April 30. Permits that have been neither <br /> finaled not renewed by that date will expire.
