Light fixtures (preferably flourescent) must be installed under <br /> the cocktail bar top in order to illuminate the glasswasher as <br /> well as the working surfaces_. <br /> 8. All cocktail bar equipment must meet N.S .F. standards or its <br /> equivalent. <br /> 9 . All cocktail bar work counters must have smooth, nonabsorbent, <br /> and easily cleanabl.e surfaces . <br /> 10 . The back assembly of the cocktail bar musC be an enclosed <br /> � structur�---no exposed 2" X 4" or 2" X 2" structures . <br /> 11. The floor behind the cocktail bar must be a smooth , nonabsorbent, <br /> and easily cleanable surface. Also , the floor must have a base <br /> cove at all wall and bar junctures .. � <br /> 12. The plan review was made from information you presented to our <br /> office. Therefore, should there b'e any major changes and/or addi- <br /> tions to your layout plan and equipment specifications , you are <br /> required to obtain approval from the Snohomish Health District <br /> of the changes . Also, existing equipment and facilities must be <br /> repaired and thoroughly cleaned prior to the final field inspection. <br /> 13. It should be pointed out that the health department approval of <br /> the finished installation (equipment and facilities) is subject <br /> to the £inal. field inspection. <br /> 14. The total revie�a time plus the July 1 , 1981 field inspection time <br /> is seven (7) hours .
