All cocktail bar equipment must meet N.S .F. standards or its equivalent. 9 . All cocktail bar work counters must have smooth, nonabsorbent, and easily cleanabl.e surfaces . 10 . The back assembly of the cocktail bar musC be an enclosed � structur�---no exposed 2" X 4" or 2" X 2" structures . 11. The floor behind the cocktail bar must be a smooth , nonabsorbent, and easily cleanable surface. Also , the floor must have a base cove at all wall and bar junctures .. � 12. The plan review was made from information you presented to our office. Therefore, should there b'e any major changes and/or addi- tions to your layout plan and equipment specifications , you are required to obtain approval from the Snohomish Health District of the changes . Also, existing equipment and facilities must be repaired and thoroughly cleaned prior to the final field inspection. 13. It should be pointed out that the health department approval of the finished installation (equipment and facilities) is subject to the £inal. field inspection. 14. The total revie�a time plus the July 1 , 1981 field inspection time is seven (7) hours . Therefore, there will be a $175 .00 charge.
