Th2 floor behind the cocictail bar must be a smooth, nonabsorbent, <br /> and. easi,ly cleanable surface. Also, the floor must have a base <br /> cove at all wall and bar junctures , . <br /> 12. Therefore, should there be any major changes and/or addi- <br /> tions to your layout plan and equipment specifications, you are <br /> required to obtain approval from the Snohomish Health DisCrict' <br /> of the changes . Also, existing equipment and facilities must be <br /> repaired and thoroughly cleaned prior to the final field inspection_ <br /> 13. It should be pointed out that Lhe health department approval of <br /> the fi.nished installation (equipment and facilities) is subject <br /> to the final field inspection. <br /> 14. The total review time plus the July 1 , 1931 field inspection time <br /> is seven (7) hours .
