Such passages shall be located not farther apart than fifty (50') lineal feet of horizontal roof sign extension. Also [he sign shall be securely anchored to the frame of the building. Such anchorage shall be designed to resist a 20 pound per square foot wind load on vertical surfaces. It is our opinion, that the anchorage does not meet these requirements, unless calculations are submitted justifying the present method of anchorage. We will amend our requirements to remove the sign if you will comply with the above. � well ma-ked, easily opened section of the sign of the proper size and location will be permitted to substitute for the clear passage. Properly designed lag screws or bolts aill be pexmitted to be installed to proyide anchorage.
