Current parking requirements for restaurant <br /> and tavem establishments is 1 stall per 100 square feet of gross floor area. <br /> Based on the information provided by the applicant the building is approximately 6,460 <br /> square feet, which would necessitate 65 parking stalis to be provided on site if built under <br /> current development standards. The site currently has a parking shortfall of 39 spaces for a <br /> restauranUtavern use. <br /> Decision: I hereby find that the above described non-conformities wPre established prior to <br /> zoning code regulations for the subject property.
