Certification from a structural engineer licensed by the State <br /> of Washington that the footing is a3�quate for the wind and <br /> seismic forces fur a sign of this size and height. <br /> ... That an inspection shall be made by the City of Everett electrical <br /> inspector of the electrical connection. <br /> If the above iter.is are not �atis£actorily n�et, the: the City will not <br /> consider the sign to be in compliance witk: City Code, or if the City <br /> Council does not pass the propused amendment, then the sign will be in <br /> violation of the existing sign code cenditions.
