Based on this denial, the City must enfurce all Zoning Code �^ <br /> requirements applicable to your existing commercial operation at 5530 Evergreen Way and �z <br /> your two single family homes located at 5501 and 5511 Fleming R�aci. <br /> � _ <br /> You are specifically required to plani a five foot wide, six font high sight-obscuring � `" <br /> landscaped screen down the entire west property line of the existing B-2 zoned property as o � <br /> res�uired in Section 19.42.0308 of the Everett Municipal Code. (See Attachment ��1.) To " 3 <br /> accomplish this, you must remove the air dynamo from the west wall of the recapping = "' <br /> buildi�ig and also must remove tlte dumpster from the area to be landscaped.
