RCW 18.08 <br /> 3. Group M occupancies over 3,000 square feet shall be equipped with an automadc fire <br /> detection system (fire alarm system) per City Ordina�rce 1902-92. <br /> 4. A one-hour separation is required between the shop and the storage area per UAC <br /> 309.2.2. Provide detail and�ustifying test data (Gypsum Associadon.; UL Report, etc.). <br /> Provide one-hour doors at openings. <br /> 5. Provide cross sec:tion�l detail nf one-hour ezterior wall along with parapet per UBC <br /> 709.4. <br /> 6. Provisions for roof drainage connected to the storm sewer are required. <br /> 7. Two exits aze required from the shop per UBC Table 10-A. <br /> 8. The main exit door hazdware shall comply with U�3C 1004.3. <br /> 9.
