Full standard half street improvements are required to Highway Place, including <br /> but not limited to curb, gutter, sidewalks, street widening end drainage control <br /> per City Desfgn Standards. <br /> 3. Parking m�st be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Construction <br /> Standards for Development. For a 5,920 square foot retail building, a minimum <br /> of 20 pa�lcing stalls are reqwred. A min�mum of one handicap space must be <br /> provided. <br /> 4. A f " easement for sidewalk and utilities must be dedicated to the Ciry for <br /> wid. f Evergreen Way. <br /> 5. My qradin�ll on this site shall be done so as to not impact the surrounding <br /> properties. <br /> 6. This project must comply with the cuRent City of Everett Building Code and <br /> Sprinkler Ordinance. <br /> 7. Spec�al charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in ecxordanc�� <br /> with Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent revision are ap licable. A credit wili b� <br /> given for the existing building toward these connection �arges. <br /> 8. Provide waikway irom building to public sidewslk. <br /> 9. � City streets and alie�s are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during <br /> construction. Dust suppression and sVeet cleaning must occur as directed by <br /> the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 10. A one year warranty is required on the public improvement for an amount a�ot <br /> less than 1096 of the cost of construdion and shall run for one year from the date <br /> of final approvalfissuance of the first Oaxipancy Permit. <br />
