In lieu of an automatic fire suppression system we will <br /> accept an area separation wall constructed to the requirements o: <br /> �""� Uniform Building Code, Section 505(e) dividing the building into <br /> �� two areas each less than G,000 square feet. <br /> � � 2 . The front stai.rway between grids C and D and the second <br /> S� floor hallwa� must be constructed as an exit corridor per U.B.C. <br /> Sectidn 3305(g) and (h) . <br /> �'"'e� All existing n�n-conforming doors must be replaced and the <br /> c�rridor construction must be continued throughout the second <br /> floor conference room located in the northwest corner. The z•ear <br /> exit stair must also be enclosefl with construction as required <br /> ...x i for corridors at the top and bottom of the stair. <br /> 3 . Exit illumination per U.B.C. Section 3313 and exit signage <br /> per U.B.C. Section 3314 must be provided. The location of exit <br /> ""� signage must be approveci prior to installation. <br /> 4 . The front stairway between grids C and D must be revised to <br /> " meet the requirements of U.B.C.
