He was informed that this is in violation <br /> of the Zoning Ordinance and was asked te cease. <br /> Attempted to call the owner ( Mrs Mipnacco ) - <br /> no answer. <br /> 1 May 72 Inspected the site and found a lar�e amount of rubble� <br /> bricks� splintered lumber� old mattresses and dPbris. <br /> Attempted to contact Mrs Mi�na�co - apparently no one <br /> h�me. !� check with the title company shows this <br /> property to be owned by Mike Mignacco ( B'ock 5� <br /> Plat of Beverly Hills #4 ), <br /> 2 May 72 Complaint received from a neighbor - rrare trucks are <br /> dumpin�. Observed a Shaffer Truck dumping there at <br /> 10:00 o'clock. Informed the driver that he was in <br /> . viola{ion of ihe zoning ordinace and told him to <br /> cease dumping there. <br /> Contacted Bob Shaffer by telephone. He said that he <br /> would tell his drivers not to dump there any more. <br /> Contar.ted Alber{ Mignacco by telephone. He a�reed to <br /> remove the bricks and rubble from the lot within <br /> 30 days and would remove the old mattresses and trash <br /> immediately, I ask him to put this in writing and <br /> mail i+ ta us. <br /> 3 May 72 Inspected site. No evidence of furiher dumps.
