Activi�es/Proiect Descrintion This project is to assist in the construction of a transitional housing shefter for low income families. B. LlationalOhiectives The Contractor certfies that the activities carried out with funds provided under this Agreement will ; meet one or more of the fallowing CDBG Nadonal Objectives - 1) benefit Iow;moderate income ' persons, 2) aid in the prevention or elimination of slums or blight, 3) meet community development � needs having a particular urgency- as defined in 24 CFR Part 570.208. i C. Performance Monitarina � The City will monitor the performance of the Contractor against goals and perfortnance standards required herein. Substandard performance as determined by the City will constitute non-compliance with this Agreement. Ifi action to correct such substandard perFormance is not taken by the Contractor within a reasonable period of time after being notified by the City, contract susFension or teRnination procedures will be initiated. II. Budaet $100,200.00 The City may require a more detailed budget breakdown than tf^e cne contained herein, and the Contractor shall provide such supplementary budget information in :, timely fashion in the � form and content prescribed by the City. Any amendments to this budget must be approved in writing by the City and the Contractor. IV. Payment It is expressly agreed and understood that the tot�l amount to be paid by the City under this ,' Agreement shall not exceed $100,200.00.
