Snohomish County records indicate that you are the owner of the property situated at 5730 Evergceen Way, Everett, Washingron. On March 22, 1995, the City of Everett Building Inspecdon Aivision received a complaint from the public stating that the building was not secured. Upon receiving the complaint an inspection of the premises was cor�ucted, a� it was noted that entry is being made through the windows on the north end of the building. I called your office and lefr a message regarding this inspection. On Sunday, April 2, 1995, several people were seen coming from the d'uection of [he building. When asked whatthey were doing, theq stated thatthey had been inside the house. The building is in very poor condition and is an attracdve nuisance. In its present � �ndition, the building is sub-standard pursuant to the Uniform Housing Code, and n�ay be considered dangerous pursuant to the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangcrous Buildings. , Your immediate attention is requited in correcting these conditions. Please contact this office within ten days of your receipt of this letter with a plan of action to accomplish this.
