Roberrs <br /> O�recia <br /> January 8, 1996 <br /> RE: City of Everett Application Submittal Requirements <br /> Dear SurveyodEngineer <br /> As of January 1, the City of Everett changed its shoR subdivision application and short <br /> plat map submittal requirements. All new applications must conform to these <br /> requirements. Please note the following items: � <br /> • Individual lot legals are not required; however a legal description of the originating <br /> pa�cel must be provided on the final short piat map (see attached example). <br /> • A Declaration of Ownership must be provided at the time of application submittal. <br /> The Declaretion must be signed b.y all parties listed in the short plat certificate as <br /> having a vested interest in the subject property. Beneficiaries (banks, mortgage <br /> companies) do not need to sign the declaration at the tirne of application submittal. <br /> • The final short plat map must follow a new, two-page format, similar to Snohomish <br /> County short plats (see at�ached example). The new format wiil require all <br /> �signatures, approvals, and acknowledgm�nts on one pa�e, and the record of sur�rey <br /> on the second page.
