A filter fabric shall be placed across the stream prior to placement of outfall <br /> extension. Acciunulated sediments shall be removed prior to rertpving filter fence <br /> from the stream. <br /> 3. Disturbance to existing vegetation at the outfall site shall be kept to an <br /> absolute minimum. <br /> 4. Erosion control methods shall be utilized to prevent siltation downstream. These <br /> may include but not limited to silt fences, temporary sediment ponds, quarry <br /> spalls check dams, and iiTmediate seeding and mulching. <br /> 5. The outfall of the tempora�y sedimerit pond may be installed imnediately.
