They <br /> are as follows : <br /> 1. Footing and foundation steel has been changed from <br /> #5 bar to #4 bar. This will be more than adequate <br /> for the conditions on the job. 'The contractor will <br /> supply additional bar on the footings in the north wall <br /> where by inspection we are less sure of the soil <br /> condition. <br /> 2. In a cost saving measure, we have eliminated the brick <br /> veneer on the rear of the building and will be changing <br /> ! to a cedar sidingo�larplywood sheathing. Original <br /> foundation walls were 7.0 inches wide due to the brick <br /> veneer only.
