Based upon 19,600 square feet of Type V-1, sprinklered construction, the fire flow <br /> requirement is 1,875 GPM. <br /> 21. A fire hydrant is required within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of every <br /> st�ucture. An additional hydrant must be installed. The location of the hydrant must be <br /> approved by the Fire Marshal. Locations shown on the revised site plan are acceptable. <br /> 22. The premises must be clearly identified by address at the stree�t entry. Each building <br /> must be clearly identified so as to be visible and legible from the access road. When access to or wlthin a structure or an area is unduly difficult because of secured <br /> openings or where immediate access is necessary for life saving or fire-fi�hting <br /> purposes, the Fire Department may recommend or raquire a key box to be installed in <br /> an accessible location.
