The responsibility for all such meintenance and costs incidental <br />thereto shall be borne by the Shell OiZ �ompany. Any modlficatinn of tlie <br />exiating dreinage ditch shall be subject to approvnl by the Everett Water <br />Depa:taent. <br />It ie underetood that tho primory inducement for the Shell 011 Qo�apr�ny to agree to <br />the above ie that such an agreement will fncilitnte the handling of excess drainage <br />water now bei�ig carried away through an 18" concrete pipe exietinr; acroea the ser- <br />vice station s1te.
