Thi.s
would require ad3itional plumbing,
7) All work counter tops must be smooth, nonabsorbent, and
easily cleanable (material and constructions not shcwn).
8) Adequate facilities must be provided for the orderly
storage of_ emoloyee's clothing and persona:. belongings.
9) The.2" X 4" and 4" X.4"vood sheives are somewhat rough
(construction), They should be used only for storage of
dry foods, single-service articls, etc.
10) Indicating thermometers are required for each refrigFration
unit.
11) The front counter guard must effectively shie'ld unpackaged
foods so as to intercept the direct line betwen the average
customer's mouth and the food being displayed (attached
drawings of gua::-d:;) ,
12) My January 5th field inspection of the existin Uuilding
structure and facilities (plumbin, lig ting, inishes,
etc.) indicated there was no problem other than minor
repairs to the floor brout.
13a) The plan review was made £rom the information you provided
the Snohomi.sh Health District. Therefore, when
ready, you should ca:il for the final inspection. The health
department will make field checks of construction.
15) In 1980, the Snohomish Health District's Eoard of Health
established a plan review charge for review of all layout
plans and specifications. The fee schedule is $26.5J per
hour to a maximum of $300.00 (1983 revised fFee schedule),
Your total. review time is four (4) hours. Therefore, there
will be a$106.00 charge.
