(See attached copy <br />of a sewer cliart for that location.) <br />It appears that the majority of the fen:.e is located on city <br />property as the line drawn between the two manhole covers <br />measured 6 feet to the fence in some areas and approximately <br />7 feet in other areas. <br />Keep�ng in mind that tliese measurements are a;�proximate <br />,=alculations, I feel that they are �lose enough to warrant <br />!�urther serious consideration bv our Public IVorks Department <br />for possible corrective �ctzon.� <br />cc: Larry Callahan <br />Planning Department <br />�� <br />1 <br />
