Present slopes, cut on a greater than 1� to 1 <br />slope, shall not be disturbed except to dress <br />up the cu� area. <br />�. Necessary ditching or other method of controlling <br />storm water runoff from flowir.g across the <br />blacktop portion of Rainier Stre�t shall be <br />accomplis!ied. <br />5. The faces of cuts and/or fi11 slopes shall be <br />prepared and maintained to contrnl erosion. This <br />control may consist of effective planting and <br />shall be installed immediately after completi.on <br />of final gradinn. <br />6. An excavation permit must be obtained from the <br />City of Everett prior to start oi any further <br />work on the property. <br />
