FINAL DECLARATI0�1 OF NUN-SIGNIF3CANCE <br />�' � <br />The proposed action is the issuance of Building Permits to allow construction of a 50 x 100 <br />foot steel building for retail motor cycle sales. The following factors were considered <br />and the listed requirements were placed in response to comments submit'ted by various <br />City Departmenr.s during the Environmental Checklist Review of this proposal: <br />1. The site is currently a level graded site devoid of vegetation. <br />2. Ingress and egress to the site will be provided via Ever�reen lday. No vehicle access <br />shall be provided via Fleming Street. Parking and access design must be approved <br />by the City Engineer, and Evergreen Way improvements must be provided in conformance <br />with Engineering Department Checklist comments --- <br />3. No demonsCrations or vehicle test drives shall be performed on tleming Street or other <br />residential streets, and no sales activity ot vehicle demonstrations shall occur on � <br />• property adjacent to Fl.eming Street. <br />4. The site drains into Pigeon Creek !ll cahere the City has experienced some drainage <br />problems in the past.
