r <br />FINHL DECLARATION OF NON-SIGNIFICANCE <br />SEPA �� 82-49 <br />Description of Proposal - The proposed action is the issuance of building permits <br />to allow interior remodeling, a new facade, and an approximately 1900 sq. ft. <br />office expansion to an existing office and retail facility• The following factors <br />were considered and the listed requirements were placed in response to our <br />review of an Environmental Checklist for this proposal: <br />Previous expansions have been reviewed and approved on this site, <br />including an approximately 13,000 sq. ft. building which was approved in <br />1974, and a service station which included an enciosed 980 sq. ft. cashier's <br />Sooth and an approximately 3,980 sq. ft. open canopy over the gas pumps <br />which was approvec' in 1978. <br />The site is zoned B-2, Community Shopping Zone, which would permit the <br />proposed expansion. The expansion area is currently covered with asphalt. <br />3.
