[VERETT, WnSHIflGTON <br />I have received a citizen complaint thal Al's Auto Supply has never <br />put iu the landscaping he is required to, under Zonitig Ordinance <br />15. 04. 190, Para. E. , on the area of Lake StreeL which the City <br />vacated to him in December, 1973 or January, 1974. <br />Mr. Wexler's letter to the City dated November 7, 1973, also made <br />four references to his plansfor "a new landscaped $200,OOU addition" <br />..... "a landscaped parlcing lot may be added for our retail store" <br />... .. "a well landscaped and attractive "do it yourself" automotive <br />shopping center". , and, finally, "It allows for a more attractive <br />residential area in that tlie rear of the automotive center �vill be <br />pleasingly landscaped and will eliminate the vie�v of commercial <br />trucks, traffic and noise. " <br />S'Vhat can the City do to ensure compliance? I recognize that he <br />could have been doing more selling than promising in his letter, but <br />I'd appreciate a report on his level of compliance with the City's <br />ordinance.
