The H& D business was sold a few years <br />ago to "Rusco Hilite", who continued the operation <br />unti] 1984. <br />then the proeprty was occupied by Swanson Diesel, <br />Inc., (Swanson Diesel is a supplier of and machine <br />shop for service and sale of parts for heavK diesel <br />engines). <br />The proeprt,y has primarily been used for manufact- <br />uring-warehouse-office and retail. <br />A-2 The proposed use will remain the same. <br />We plan to upgrade some of the electrical and <br />plumbing facilities. <br />
