C:RSM W GTOY <br />�az�, <br />A review of our insoection recozds reveals that the last inspect.ion made at <br />the subject address was on 11-4-87 <br />Section 303(b) of the Uniform Bui.ldinq Code provides that permits expire by <br />limitation and become null and void if the building cr work authorized by <br />permit is suspended, after the work is commenced, for a period of 160 days. <br />The Code also requires final inspection prior to occupancy for a11 permits <br />issued, and it is the responsibility of the permit holder to call for the <br />necessary inspections. Secause of these time frames, your permit nas already <br />expired. <br />However, the City of Everett is at thi:� time extending a one-time grace <br />period to holders of recently expired t�ermits. If pou wish to reccmnence <br />work you may renew your permit at no a�st for an additional 180 day period <br />by submitting a written request to thi; office. The renewal request must <br />reach us by April 30,1989. If the worl: has been completed, you may call for <br />fi�ial inspection befure April 30. Am' corrections sequired must be <br />completed and final approval obtained 'nefore that date. Permits that have <br />been neith2r finaleu nor extended by April 30,1989 Will expire.
