A vegetated swale was built on this site during remodeling of the Albertson's Food
Center (SEPA 117-90) to treat runoff from this site and a portion of the Albesson's
site. This existing swale should be uUlized for treatment of pavement runoff from this
site. If it is not feasible to utilize the exisdng swale, a new stormwater treatment
system will be required. This system would be requred ta meet the city standards
cun•ent at the time of applicadon for public worrs permits. Any new system wouid
need to continue to treat that portion of the Albertson's site currently dischazging to the
existing swale.
