If doors open to <br />the outside, or hinges are exposed, pin hinges should <br />be p:ovided. <br />e. If store front glass doors are part of the project, � <br />they should have locking case uolts top and botto�. <br />The door should have a maximum security dead-bolt with <br />1 3/4" throw and 3/4" laminated steel. <br />f. Loading dock ��000rs, if applicable, should have metal <br />security doors secured with 3/8" case-hardened steel <br />hasps or chain and padlocks with 1/2" case-hardened <br />stael shackles. <br />g. The more larqe windows that are v:isible to the parking <br />area, the safer the area is from assaults and thefts. <br />h. Drive throuqh windows should have metal roll-up <br />security qating on the inside. <br />i. Lighting requires a minimum of 3 to 4 foot candles. <br />j. During the final stages of construction, please contact <br />Dick Thornberr�, Crime Prevention Officer, at 259-0416 <br />for further security recomme��.dations. <br />:. The Snohomish County PUll currently has sufficient capacity <br />to serve the proposed de��elopment.
