With the addition of the <br />following, the plans are approved. <br />1. An additional handwash sink is require� in the food preparation area. <br />2. Any existing (not new) equipment will be subject to approval by Snohomish Health District <br />based upon current National Sanitation Foundation (N.S.F.) standards for food service <br />equipment. <br />3. The Health District operating permit appiication process must be completed prior to opening <br />for business. <br />If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the Snohomish <br />Health District must be notified. <br />A pre-operational inspection is required prior to opening for businPss. Please contact the Food <br />Program office about one week in advance to schedule an appointment.
