Jantiar,y 4, 1973 <br />G624 l�vergreen <br />On 4-18-72 this service was moved from the 2" main to the 12" wood line. At <br />the sa�ne time tlZe ineter was moved out ott to City propex•ty (under P. U. D. it <br />had Ueen next to the building - approximately 60' froin Pvergreen). <br />In August 1972, the bill Uegan increasing out of proportion. There was no record <br />of how the connection was made at the old meter location so it was our responsi- <br />Uility to check it. We opened the line (at the old meter location) and found it to <br />Ue O. I{. Plugged the line and foLmd there still was lealcage. The copper line <br />tvas deteriorated and leaking, proUably caused Uy a lot of sulphur in the Uack fill. <br />We replaced 24' of the copper line and the owner (A1 Larson) said he would <br />assume the responsiUility from here on in. <br />The said service line was '-," copper. <br />An Adjustment will Ue inadc on the billing. <br />The old sand and sulphur s¢ail was hauled away and Uackfilled witn clean sand. <br />(approx. 10' of ditch. ) <br />i'.
