This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the <br />p;�rtics and supersedes all prior ugreements, ornl or written, with respect to the subject <br />matter hereof. The provisions of this Agreement shall be construed as a whole and not <br />strictly for or against either party. This Agreement may not be modified in any manner <br />whatsoever except by written instrument duly executed by each of the parties hereto. <br />8. Recordation.
