The City is conceroed with this activity for the folloxing reasons: 1. The State Environmental Policy Act requires that a threshold determination be made for all non-exempt governmental actions that affect the physioal environment� including approvals of permits and licenses for a private applicant. It xas determined that your proposed used car sales lot xas not exempt and a SEPA raviert is required before you obtain any Public Works permits. You began a SEPA environmental revieW of the proposed used car lot in May oP 1984. This reviex Was never completed because you did not submit the revised site plan we requested. 2. City records show that no business licenses have been issued for either a used car lot or an auto body repair shop at 6915 Evergreen Way. A business license is required before any business activity is conducted. 3, Some graveling and/or grading activity has occurred on this site xithout the issuance of any Publie Norks permits. These violations need to be corrected as soon as possible.
