If I <br />had known that, I would have "squared off" the building <br />in back at that time, which would have easily been <br />less than 50% of value. As it turned out, I cut back <br />to 1/2 the addition in back. <br />,��.,t.,:,t,�• Now, when I wish to build the other 1/2 as originally <br />planned and add a small narrow section on the South, <br />I am told that it was always 50% of value. So, due <br />to this misunderstanding, I have new problems to deal_ <br />with. <br />=� I am adding less than 50% to the floor space, but <br />since I am also fixing the interior ceilings that <br />:i are low, and unsupported (ready to fall down) and <br />putting on a sort of false front to give the building <br />more presence, I am apparently over the 50% of existing <br />value. <br />
