L <br />'NAL DECLARATION OF NON—SIGNIFI: .1E <br />SEPA #74-84 <br />This Final Declaration of Non —Significance shall expire one year <br />from date of issuance unless a completed building permit applica— <br />tion has been submitted within that time. A request for a one <br />year extension of this Final Declaration of Non —Significance may <br />be made to the Planning Director prior to the expiration date. <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL: the proposed action is the issuance of permits to <br />allow the construction of two 10—foot by 24—foot double—faced billboards. The <br />following factors were considered and the listed requirements were plcced in <br />response to comments submitted during our review of. an Environmental Checklist <br />for this proposal and other information on file with the City: <br />1. The proposed sites are zoned B-2, Community Shopping Zone and C-1, <br />General Commercial Zone which would permit the proposed use. <br />21 The proposed billboards will be visible from Evergreen Way. <br />3. The billboards are proposed to be approximately 30 feet high. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br />43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review by,the lead agency of a <br />completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead <br />agency.
