These comments <br />address building issues only. Additional revisions, or additions, may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 2006 International <br />Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett and the <br />Washington State Energy Code, 2006 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be neckssary to provide the <br />Building Division with two complete new sets of construction documents reflecting the <br />corrections requested. <br />1. A clearance around the water closet 60 inches minimum, measured perpendicular from the <br />sidewall and 56 inches minimum, measured perpendicular from the rear wall is required in <br />accordance with ICC/ANSI Al 17.2, Section 604.3.
