BUT, the sioped portion of the railing is +� ���• <br />being bid at 36" as ONE railing, no outside railing and inside hand rail. In red ink it states "hand rails required on both <br />sides". My contractor and I thought this meant an OUTSIDE SLOPE railing at 42" and an inside hand rail at 36"... I am <br />being told that NO, we only need the slope outside rail at 36" on the slope portion and lhe width of the railing being bid <br />meets all requirements. All 4 vendors are telling me this. I alre: have a permit in place and I will need to 5nish <br />�ny building face and my stairs to get that �igned off before I can then apply for a tenant improvements to move forward. <br />Phew..... I am going to move on the drawings so I'm ready to get the TI done when the final things are complete on the <br />initial permit. <br />
