Tnat there are exceptional or extraordinary circumstances or <br />conditions apply3ng to the subject property or as to the intended <br />use thereof � that do not apply generally to other properties in <br />the same vicinity or zone; <br />2. That such varianee is necessary for the preservation and <br />enjoyment of a substantial property right of the appellant <br />possessed by the owners of other properties in the same vicinity <br />or zone; <br />3• That the authorization of such varianc� will not be materially <br />dE�erimental to tho public xelfare or injurious to property in <br />the vicinity or zone in which the �roperty is located; <br />4. That the granting of such variance will not adversely affeet the <br />comprehensive general plan. <br />B. A site plan containing the following (drawn to a scale not less than 1" <br />= 50' or more than 1" = 100'). <br />1. All dimensions of property: square feet, lot dimensions or <br />number of acres in site. <br />2. Location of existing and proposed structures in relation to the <br />site area boundaries. <br />3. Parking and loading areas. <br />4. Date <br />L . . � <br />NOTE: The Administrator reserves the right not to accept this <br />application until it 3s revieued and is determined to be <br />complete. After a completed application is accepted, a Public <br />Hearing date will be established. <br />The City recommends that a survey be obtained before submitting a <br />request for a variance for setba�k in order to assure the <br />accuracy of the application. <br />Any variance, if granted, may be xithdrawn in the event of <br />submittal of inaccurate information, misrepresentation by the <br />applicant, or failure to comply with cond3tions placed when <br />granting the variance. <br />
