Please r�view and respond to the <br />commen's below. These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be <br />mquired by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references re(er to [he 2012 <br />International Building Code (IBC), the 2012 International Fire Code QFC), the 2012 International <br />Mechanical Code (IMC), and the 2012 Intemational Energy Censervation (IECC), as amended by the <br />State of Washington and adopted by the city of Everett. The arrent IBC referenced s[andard for <br />accessibie design is the 2009 "Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities"(ICC/ANSI A117.1). Federal <br />ADA regulalions and standards may be more restrictive. <br />En order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the <br />euiiding Division with two complete new sets of construction dacuments reflec[ing the <br />corrections requested. <br />1.
