U��t�ers of businesses that produce Danserous �y'zstes <br />are required by State Law to have a spill cleanup plan. These businesses should also reier to R. i in Section �-3. <br />The businesses znd public asencies identii�ed in Section ?-1 that are required to have an Emereency Spil] <br />Cleanup Plan shall iollo�v these �eneral �uidelines in iu prepazation. <br />1. The first pan of the plan shall contain a description oi the facility includins the owner's name and <br />address, the nature oi the iacility activiry, and the general tynes uf chemicals used in the facility. <br />_'. The plan shall contain a site plan showine the location oi stora�e areas .`or chemicals, the locations oi <br />storm drains, and the direction of slopes towards those drains, and :he lo=ation and description oi any <br />devices to stop spills from leavin� the site such as positive convot vafves. <br />3. The plan shall describe notification procedures to be used in the event of 2 s�ill, such as key personnel <br />and outside asencies.
