Access - The Uniform Fire Code requires that all new structures shall provide Fire Department <br />access roads to within 150 feet of all portions of the ground floor. Fire Department access <br />roads (Fire Lanes) shall provide a minimum of 20 feet in width of unobstructed, all-season <br />driving surface with a minimum clear height of 13'6". Fire Lanes will be posted and <br />maintained as required by the Fire Department. <br />7 <br />3 <br />Fire lanes will need to be identified on the east and west sides of the building.
